Quail Ridge Books Refund/Returns Policy

General refund policy - If a book is returned in new condition with a receipt, we will make a full refund by the method of payment with the exceptions listed below.  If there is no receipt, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount, minus any discounts applicable. (RC discount, RC sale, holiday books, etc). 

  •     There are no refunds on out-of-date travel books with or without receipt.
  •     Our sale books (usually 30% or 50% off) are non-returnable. 
  •     If so much time has elapsed that a hardcover book is now in paperback, there is no refund with or without a receipt.
  •     There are no returns on recorded media unless defective. In that case, we will reorder the exact item for the customer.

Event ticket refund policy: Some of our off-site events involve admission tickets, some issued with a book purchase and some bought separately.  We give ticket refunds up to 48 hours before the event. There are no refunds of tickets that were issued free with book purchase.  There is no refund for paid tickets, if a book is purchased later after buying tickets separately. 

We recommend purchasing books and tickets for off-site events early.  There is no discount (even Readers' Club) for purchases made at off-site events.
