The Bloggess visits! Jenny Lawson, best-selling author of Furiously Happy and Let's Pretend This Never Happened, brings her one-of-a-kind humor here with You Are Here on Saturday, March 11, at 3 pm. Her blog is hysterically funny, as well as brutally honest about bouts with mental illness. Drawings are an integral part of her blog, and she includes many in You Are Here, with handy perforated pages. That's right, You Are Here is interactive - part therapy, part coloring book, along with Jenny's humor and unique advice.
Ticketed event: We are sold out of admission tickets to the program, but signing line tickets are still available!
Note: tickets are for admission to the program. They do not guarantee a seat.
If you have an admission ticket, please be here by 2:30 pm. At approximately 2:45, we will open up any open spaces to those waiting outside.
We are SOLD OUT of admission tickets. We will make clear to all placing online orders from now on that you will get a signing-line-only ticket.
We have reached store capacity for admission to Jenny's program. We ARE issuing tickets for the signing line only. Those with signing-line-only tickets WILL have a place in the after-program signing line and meet Jenny. If you have a signing-line-only ticket, friends can accompany you in the line.
As always, author's time permitting, those without signing line tickets may get in line after ticket holders.
You may bring Jenny books from home, but depending on crowd, we reserve the right to limit signing

But terrible ideas are what Jenny does best.
As Jenny says:
