Quail Ridge Celebrates Small Presses
What's a "small press"? We define a small press as one that's not part of a large conglomerate or corporation. It's often privately owned, started by a founder with a particular vision or focus. We're going to spotlight a different small press each month of 2015. Come check them out.
July is Europa Month!
Happy 10th Anniversary to Europa Editions, founded in 2005 by Sandro Ferri and Sandra Ozzola Ferri, who are also the owners and publishers of the Italian press, Edizioni E/O. The idea behind the creation of Europa Editions was to bring fresh international voices to the American and British markets and to provide quality editions that have a distinct look and consistently high levels of editorial standards. We know many of our customers have grown to love their selections. We can't count how many copies of The Elegance of the Hedgehog or Old Filth our former owner, Nancy, must have hand sold!
Special offer: Receive a Europa 10th Anniversary bookmark with every Europa purchase while supplies last. We also have some anniversary Europa tote bags, one free with purchase of any two Europa books, while supplies last!
