Join North Carolina Symphony Resident Conductor William Henry Curry for an in-depth look at Shakespeare’s influence on the music of Mendelssohn, Dvorak, Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky and Bernstein.  They all took his texts to another stratosphere through song.  Maestro Curry will talk about how he plans to present these unforgettable musical works together with scenes from Othello, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Romeo and Juliet live with the Symphony later this summer.
