We can all use a little (more) wisdom. Through her NPR program and podcast, On Being, Krista Tippett seeks out insights from others to show us a path forward. Think of this as a master class on making sense of the world and making it better. She visits Friday, March 3, at 7 pm with Becoming Wise: An Inquiry into the Mystery and Art of Living (paperback edition).
This program will be at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh on Wade Avenue. Peabody award-winning journalist Krista Tippett will be 'in conversation' with NPR's Frank Stasio.
Signing line ticket event: Receive a ticket for the after-program signing line with the QRB purchase of Becoming Wise (in hardcover or paperback). The earlier the book is purchased from QRB, the earlier the line position ticket.
Krista Tippett's program is in Fellowship Hall (the brick-and-stone, larger of the two buildings), 3313 Wade Avenue. The building is accessible through the upper entrance facing Wade and through a lower-floor entrance off the lower parking lot. There is an elevator within the building for those needing it. Please see the UUFR's information here for a map and instructions for additional parking.

-I'm not sure there's such a thing as the cultural 'center, ' nor that it's very interesting if it exists. But left of center and right of center, in the expansive middle and heart of our life together, most of us have some questions left alongside our answers, some curiosity alongside our convictions.
