Mo Willems' Elephant and Piggie are arguably two of the best-loved picture book characters around. We're delighted the dynamic duo is joining us for Independent Bookstore Day on Saturday, April 29. They'll be here for a special Saturday Storytime, to greet fans, have pictures taken, and give hugs at 10 am. Bring your cameras! Then we encourage the young ones to stay on for our picture book event at 11 am with Camille Andros.
Mo has concluded the Elephant and Piggie series, but the two continue to introduce young readers to stories in the Elephant & Piggie Like Reading! Books. We'll have the newest one on hand: The Good for Nothing Button by Charise Mericle Harper.
Celebrate Independent Bookstore Day with us, starting with saying 'hi' to Piggie and Gerald.
