Few children's authors can claim the title of "legendary", but Lois Lowry is one of them.  She visits us with her new THE BIRTHDAY BALL.  Bored Princess Patricia Priscilla makes her chambermaid switch identities with her so she can attend the village school and plan her 16th birthday party in her own way.
