Local writer Debbie Moose was food editor for the News & Observer for many years, and wrote SUNDAY DINNER, a weekly column on food in the South. Her 1st cookbook, DEVILED EGGS, is a perennial best seller. Her second cookbook is FAN FARE: A Playbook of Great Recipes for Tailgating or Enjoying the Game at Home, published by Harvard Common Press. Her newest cookbook is POTATO SALAD.
