Blair Dougher

Blair DougherBlair Dougher is a Raleigh native whose lifelong love of music (and talent) has let her achieve her dream.  Among her achievements, she's sung on stage with Shania Twain, won the N&O's "Sunday Star" competition for the Triangle's best religious vocalist, and performed her sold-out concert, "Blair Dougher: Living A Dream", at Fletcher Opera Theater.
